Shipping

The estimated delivery time depends on the country. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. All shipping prices includes VAT. Please be aware that delivery times might be affected during the holidays and sale periods.

 

 

Deliveries within the Netherlands:

All orders placed before 5 pm on working days, will be delivered within the next 1 to 3 working days. During sale periods, this can be longer. We offer standard shipping to your preferred address.

 

Deliveries within Europe Zone 1:

From 5 to 9 working days

 

Deliveries within Europe Zone 2:

From 7 to 10 working days

 

Deliveries in all other countries:

From 9 to 12 working days

Shipping to Russia and Ukraine are temporarily unavailable.

 

 

Outside Europe:

Packages will be shipped (see shipping costs above) using our standard shipping service, which will be PostNL or DHL. Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Daily Paper, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery. We deliver worldwide. However we do not ship to APO, post office box or FPO address.

 

*Shipping to the United States: shipping costs of €25,00 with no custom charges applicable to orders under $700. Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Distorted Lab, nor are they included in the order total.

Returns

We do not accept returns on customized pieces or order cancellations after an order has been placed.
